Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating and using an account, including your email address, profile information, contact details, creator or company information, proposals, deal records, deliverables, messages, and support requests.
We also process technical and usage information needed to operate, protect, and improve the service, such as authentication records, device and browser information, application events, and security logs.
If you sign in with Google or Apple, that provider shares your name, email address, and profile picture (Apple shares only your name and email, which may be a private relay address). We use them only to create and sign in to your Wulper account.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and secure Wulper.
- Authenticate users and prevent unauthorized account access.
- Confirm control of connected social accounts.
- Display creator profiles and authorized social statistics.
- Operate proposals, deals, funded payments, and payouts.
- Respond to support, privacy, and safety requests.
- Detect abuse, investigate incidents, and meet legal obligations.
Google API data
Wulper's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google user data only to sign you in with Google and to provide the user-facing YouTube connection and ownership-verification features you request. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles.
Storage and sharing
When you connect a social account, Wulper uses the platform's token once to confirm the account and does not store it. We share information only with service providers needed to run Wulper, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, and payment providers, or when required for security or legal compliance.
Payment providers process payment credentials under their own terms and privacy policies. Wulper stores provider references and transaction records needed to operate and reconcile payments rather than full card or bank credentials.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal or financial-record obligations.
Wulper uses a social platform's token once and does not store it. Removing a connected social account from Wulper deletes its account information from your profile. In addition, you can revoke Wulper's access to your Google and YouTube data at any time on the Google security settings page. To delete your whole account, see Delete your data. To request access or correction of other personal information, use our contact form and select Privacy / data request.
Delete your data
You can delete your Wulper account, and the social-account data connected to it (including Instagram and YouTube information), at any time in Settings > Delete account. If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account; we delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
Deletion removes your sign-in details, profile, photos, links, social connections, contact details and payout setup. Proposals, deals and payments you shared with another person stay in their records as "Deleted user", because they and we need them for accounting, disputes and legal obligations. The full steps and what is kept are on Delete your account.
Your choices
You may update profile and account information through your settings, disconnect social accounts through the dashboard, and manage or revoke third-party permissions directly with the relevant platform. Privacy rights vary by location; we will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Wulper changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version, and material changes will be communicated where required.
Questions or privacy requests can be submitted through the publicContact page.
Social-platform data
When you connect a social account, the platform sends Wulper an authorization token and information identifying the account you control. Depending on the platform and permissions you approve, this can include a stable account or channel ID, handle, display name, profile image, profile URL, follower or subscriber counts, view counts, and content counts.
For YouTube, Wulper requests the read-only permission
youtube.readonlyto identify the channel authenticated by Google and retrieve its channel metadata and public statistics. Wulper does not use this permission to publish, edit, or delete YouTube content. Wulper uses the Google token once to read this information and does not store it.Wulper uses YouTube API Services. YouTube data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
For Instagram, Wulper requests the
instagram_business_basicpermission. Wulper uses your Instagram account information (user ID, username, name, profile picture, and follower and post counts) to verify that you own the account and to show these details on your Wulper profile. Wulper uses the Instagram token once to read this information and does not store it.
