Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Wulper, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account, credentials, connected services, and activity performed through your account. Notify us through the Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent your authority to act for them.
Profiles and social verification
You may add profile information and links that you are authorized to use. A manually entered link is not proof of ownership.
An “ownership verified” status means that the relevant platform's authorization process identified the connected account as controlled by the authorizing user. It does not verify a person's legal identity, endorse their content, or guarantee the accuracy of every statement on their profile. Platform-owned badges are separate from Wulper ownership verification.
Proposals and deals
Creators and companies are responsible for evaluating counterparties, agreeing to deliverables and commercial terms, obtaining required rights and disclosures, and performing their obligations. Wulper provides tools for organizing collaboration but is not a party to a creator-company agreement unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payments and fees
Payment and payout services may be provided by third-party payment processors and are subject to their terms, eligibility checks, fees, holds, and compliance requirements. Any Wulper platform fee is shown before a transaction is confirmed. Processing, currency, bank, tax, or network charges may still apply.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Wulper for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- Do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Do not manipulate metrics, verification, transactions, or reviews.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or bypass service security.
- Do not upload malware or attempt unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Wulper a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and fulfill your chosen visibility settings. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content.
Third-party services
Wulper can connect to services such as Google, YouTube, social platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, and external links. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change, suspend, or revoke access independently of Wulper.
YouTube
Wulper uses YouTube API Services to connect and verify YouTube channels and show their public statistics. By using Wulper's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Availability and disclaimers
Wulper is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful deals, payment outcomes, audience metrics, or the conduct of other users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using Wulper at any time. Some records may be retained after termination where required for transactions, disputes, security, or legal obligations.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Questions about these terms can be sent through our Contact page.
